Group/Team Description: The CAM works closely with the CWS Sales, Support, Graphics and Marketing Teams as well as the Business Analyst to ensure that our customers have a delightful experience with CWS. Moreover, the CAM is responsible for assuring that our dealer clients know their CWS website tool and how to use it effectively.
- Customer retention and satisfaction
- Participation in client onboarding process
- Provide feedback and anecdotal information to Business Analyst
- Refer up-selling opportunities to sales team
- Collaborate with support for technical issues and site changes
- Conduct account reviews and communicate recommendations with dealer client
- Analyze performance statistics
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers on website graphical change requests

Experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of inside/outside B2B sales experience
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
